Training at E.Via
To strengthen the regional economy and, of course, to nurture our own young talent, we completed our apprenticeship and training department in 2018 and got off to a flying start with our first apprentice.
In future, this branch of our organisation, dedicated to discovering and nurturing young talent, will become an integral part of our corporate philosophy. To underline our commitment, several of our staff members will also take on further social responsibility and, from 2019, support the Hanover Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) on a voluntary basis as examiners on the relevant examination boards.
